Benefits handed over to beneficiaries at Karhibazar Samadhan Camp in Balodabazar, information given about various schemes
Raipur, May 22, 2026/Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, while addressing the Samadhan Shivir organized at Karhibazar in Balodabazar district today, said that the objective of Sushasan Tihar is to solve the problems of the people by taking the government to every village and to ensure that the benefits of the schemes reach the last person.
Expressing gratitude to the large number of villagers who attended the Samadhan Camp despite the scorching heat, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the government is reaching out to villages to find out whether people are getting water, electricity, roads and other basic amenities on time. He said that the problems of villagers cannot be fully understood from Raipur, so the entire government is reaching out to the villages and communicating directly with the people.
The Chief Minister said that till now camps have been completed at many places in the state and the camps will continue to be organised in the coming days also.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the state government has prioritized the fulfillment of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's guarantees. Farmers have been purchased paddy at the rate of Rs. 3,100 per quintal and two years' outstanding bonuses have also been paid.
He added that under the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, more than Rs. 17,000 crore has been transferred to the accounts of approximately 7 million women in the state. Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that through this scheme, women are becoming self-reliant through children's education, household needs, and small businesses.
Referring to the "Lakhpati Didi" campaign, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that women are being economically empowered by connecting them with self-employment and entrepreneurship. He explained that a large number of women in the state are becoming self-reliant by adopting self-employment and are moving towards becoming Crorepati Didi.
The Chief Minister said that the government is expanding facilities in rural areas. Atal Digital Seva Kendras have been established in more than 6,000 panchayats across the state, providing people with access to certificates, revenue records, banking, and other services in the villages. He said that now, along with registry, the facility of instant name transfer is also being provided, which will save people unnecessary hassle.
The Chief Minister said that the government is going to launch the Chief Minister Helpline soon, through which citizens will be able to register their problems online and through toll free number and timely solution will be ensured.
At the event, the Chief Minister distributed benefits to beneficiaries of various schemes and congratulated the youth who received appointment letters and the women engaged in self-employment. He said that the state government is continuously working for the convenience and development of the people.
Revenue Minister Shri Tankaram Verma, Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subodh Singh, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister and Public Relations Commissioner Shri Rajat Bansal, District Collector, Superintendent of Police and officers, employees and a large number of common citizens were present in the program.
