Good governance will reach the last person through the Sughghar Chhattisgarh campaign: Dev

Raipur. Welcoming the Chhattisgarh government's upcoming launch of the Sughghar Chhattisgarh Abhiyan, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Kiran Dev described it as a historic step towards the state's development and good governance. Dev said that the BJP government, led by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, aims not only to create public welfare schemes but also to ensure that the benefits reach the lowest rung of society. Many eligible people often remain outside the scope of government schemes for various reasons. The government will reach out to these underprivileged individuals and fully activate the administrative machinery at the village and ward level.
Dev said that the Sughghar Chhattisgarh Abhiyan was conceptualized based on the experiences of the ambitious Niyyad Nellanar Yojana, launched to expand access to government services in Bastar and other remote areas. This successful model is now being implemented on a larger scale, directly reaching thousands of villages and millions of families across the state to benefit eligible people. Dev emphasized that this campaign will be entirely technology-based, rather than relying on traditional administrative methods. It will integrate data from various government departments to monitor service delivery in real time. A digital dashboard will ensure accountability for officials and regularly evaluate the progress of schemes, eliminating any scope for corruption. Dev stated that the goal of a developed Chhattisgarh cannot be achieved merely by building infrastructure; it requires the empowerment of every citizen. The Sughra Chhattisgarh Abhiyan will prove to be a milestone in the state's holistic and inclusive development.
