Raipur . Raipur Development Authority (RDA) has made the booking process of its properties completely online for the convenience of the citizens. Now interested applicants will be able to get information about residential anad commercial properties and apply and book them online through the official website of RDA from the comfort of their homes without visiting the office.

RDA has currently made around 121 properties available for online booking. These include properties of the Authority's major residential and commercial schemes including Kamal Vihar and Raobhata. Residential and commercial plots along with residential flats are available in Kamal Vihar, while online booking facility of commercial properties has been started in Raobhata.

The authority has also developed housing projects for vulnerable and low-income groups, ensuring that all categories of citizens can access housing tailored to their needs and financial capabilities.

Along with online booking, beneficiaries will now be able to pay maintenance charges online through the website. This will eliminate the need for frequent office visits, making the entire process simpler, transparent, and timely.RDA Chairman Nande Sahu stated that the authority's objective is to provide modern, transparent, and public-friendly services to citizens. He added that the online booking system will save people time and make the property allocation process more transparent and convenient. He also urged citizens to take maximum advantage of this digital facility.
RDA Chief Executive Officer Awanish Kumar Sharan said that the property booking process had been closed for a long time. Now, all available properties have been made live on the online portal simultaneously, providing applicants with a transparent, quick, and easy booking process.
This initiative by the RDA is considered a significant step toward promoting digital governance and making citizen services more effective, transparent, and accessible. The entire process of applying, paying, and allocating properties will now be much easier and faster than before.
