Raipur. The state government is launching a significant initiative to make the Anganwadi system in Chhattisgarh more transparent, reliable, and modern. Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade will launch the state-level online recruitment software for Anganwadi workers and assistants and the new departmental website at Mahanadi Bhawan in the Ministry on Friday, December 19th, at 11 a.m.
This digital recruitment system will provide the entire process, from application to selection, on a single online platform. This will provide equal opportunities to qualified candidates and make the recruitment process simpler, clearer, and fairer. It will also eliminate unnecessary office hassles and confusion. Minister Smt. Rajwade stated that the online system will increase transparency and save time and resources. This initiative will strengthen human resource management related to Anganwadi services and contribute to the effective implementation of women and child development schemes.Through the new digital system, confidence in the functioning of the government will increase and this will be an important achievement towards making the Anganwadi system in Chhattisgarh modern, responsive and people-oriented.
