Good governance camp became an example of change in the lives of the needy, 28 applications were received.

The Chhattisgarh government's innovative initiative, "Governance to the Village," is continuously working to bring public welfare schemes directly to the public through the Good Governance Camp. In this series, a Good Governance Camp was organized in the Farsabahar development block on December 24, 2025. Various departments set up stalls and provided information about the schemes, and department-wise applications were received.
A total of 28 applications were received during the camp, including one from the Food Department, one from the Agriculture Department, seven from the Women and Child Development Department, one from the Electricity Department, three from the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, four from the Animal Husbandry Department, eight from the Revenue Department, two from the CREDA Department, and one from the Public Health Engineering Department. The Panchayat and Rural Development Department and the Social Welfare Department also provided immediate benefits to many beneficiaries on the spot.
The most emotional success of the camp was that of Brij Kumar Chauhan, a resident of Gram Panchayat Bangaon, who had been trying to get a tricycle for the past three months. He was immediately provided a tricycle through the camp, which solved the difficulties he faced in his daily life. He expressed his gratitude to the government and administration for this. Along with this, approval orders of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana were given to 5 beneficiaries in the camp and certificates of their completed houses were handed over to Janaki Bai, wife of Raghunath Ram, Chandrashekhar Behera, son of Laxman Behera, Paras, son of Ishwar Sai and Bablu Patel, son of Dineshwar Lal Patel, residents of Gram Panchayat Farsabahar.
A total of eight beneficiaries were provided job cards through MNREGA, including Karishma Bai, wife of Ishant Ram, from Gram Panchayat Hetghinchha; Jeevanti Khalkho, wife of Sandeep Khalkho, Patresia Minj, wife of Johan Minj, and Manju Tikka, wife of Salim Tikka, from Gram Panchayat Farsabahar; Asrita Bhagat, wife of Ramdev Bhagat, Dulmani Bhagat, wife of Parmanand Bhagat, Asha Minj, wife of Manoj Tirki, and Radha Chauhan, wife of Teju Prasad, from Gram Panchayat Khutgaon. These families have secured 125 days of employment through the Good Governance Camp. This government initiative is proof that the Good Governance Camp is truly a powerful tool for bringing positive change in the lives of the needy. This government initiative not only provides assistance but also gives those in need new hope for a dignified life.
