Raipur. Transparency is a fundamental requirement of any robust system. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the Chhattisgarh Excise Department has adopted e-services. This digital initiative has made the entire process from bottling to delivery completely transparent, secure, and technology-based.

According to information received from the Excise Department, e-challans, a single-window login system, user registration, real-time cash collection information, and a central video monitoring system are completely transparent. Similarly, modern online technologies such as the NOC permit issuance system, track and trace system, Aadhaar-enabled biometric attendance, and toll-free complaint facility have given the Excise Department new efficiency and credibility. This
transparent, secure, and technology-driven system has resulted in effective control of corruption and a steady increase in state revenue. Moving towards a target of ₹12,000 crore in the current financial year, revenue of ₹7,851 crore has been achieved through December, a growth rate of 10.50 percent. The Chhattisgarh Excise Department is committed to realizing the good governance goals of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai's government.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai's meetings and policy decisions are captured through a modern video control room, digital dashboards on computer screens, and live data collection. Similarly, QR codes, mobile scanning, GPS-based truck tracking, unique codes on bottles, digital delivery confirmations, modern outlets, and a streamlined, technology-driven workflow are being implemented.
