Chief Minister Sai gave a big gift of development to the Kotba area.

Jashpurnagar. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today presented a major development gift to the region at a program held in the Nagar Panchayat Kotba, within the Pathalgaon Assembly constituency. During the program, he inaugurated and performed groundbreaking ceremonies for 28 development works to be completed at a total cost of ₹51.73 crore. 

The Chief Minister's visit will provide a new impetus to infrastructure, health, road, education, and drinking water systems in Kotba and surrounding rural areas, including the Pathalgaon Assembly constituency. During the program, Chief Minister Sai stated that the state government's goal is to bring the light of development to every individual. Providing infrastructure development, improved health facilities, easy transportation, and quality education in remote and tribal areas is the government's top priority. He stated that the completion of these projects will bring positive changes to the living standards of the region's citizens.

Bhumi Pujan of 19 works worth Rs 27 crore 24 lakh: 

In Kotba, the Chief Minister performed the groundbreaking ceremony for 19 development works worth ₹27.24 crore (272.4 million rupees). These included a mini stadium in Dokra village under the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, culvert construction under the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Rural Development Scheme, various roads and access roads by the Public Works Department, a project office and resource center building by the Chhattisgarh Housing Board, and a new 50-bed community health center in Kotba. Also included were high-level bridges and access roads by the Bridge Construction Subdivision, a government garden nursery office and residential building under the Rural Engineering Service, a girls' ashram in Bagbahar and Bulldega and a pre-matric boys' hostel in Ludeg under the Dharti Aba Tribal Village Excellence Campaign under the Tribal Welfare Department, and the construction of concrete roads and drains under the Chief Minister's Village Road and Village Gaurav Path schemes.

Inauguration of 9 works worth Rs 24 crore: 

The Chief Minister also inaugurated nine works completed at a cost of 24.49 crore rupees. These included the construction of a concrete road by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, the construction and strengthening of various rural and main roads by the Public Works Department, the Tehsil office building in Bagbahar by the Chhattisgarh Housing Board, the Kotba Water Augmentation Scheme by the Public Health Engineering Department, and the construction of the Mahtari Sadan in Ludeg by the Rural Engineering Service.

Health, roads and water supply will get huge benefits:

In particular, the construction of a 50-bed community health center will significantly expand health services in Kotba and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, the construction of new roads, bridges, and access routes will facilitate rural transportation and boost economic activity. The water augmentation project will significantly improve the drinking water problem. Additionally, the Mahtari Sadan will provide rural women with the benefits of a livelihood promotion center. The new tehsil office building will provide improved access to revenue services.

Chief Minister Sai directed officials to complete all development works in a timely and quality manner, so that the public can benefit from them quickly. Public representatives, administrative officials, and a large number of local citizens were present at the event.
