Jashpurnagar . Residents of the area have hailed the recent Union Budget presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as beneficial to the nation. Rajkumar Gupta, a resident of Kunkuri, said the budget's tax exemptions on 17 essential medicines, including those for serious illnesses like cancer, and the provision of green corridors are beneficial steps for the public. He described the budget as one that strengthens the health sector and expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Amit Mishra, praising the Union Budget, said it was designed with all sectors in mind. He explained that the ₹75,000 exemption under the Income Tax Act 2025 will provide significant relief to the middle class. The budget also focuses on health, youth, and employment generation, which will create thousands of new jobs in the future. Mishra expressed his gratitude for this public welfare budget presented under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
