Raipur. As directed by Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, action was taken against encroachments on drains and government land in Amlidih village. A joint team from the Revenue Department and the Municipal Corporation identified and removed the encroachments.
Led by SDM Mr. Nandkumar Choubey, the drain's altered flow was restored to its original state in the presence of Naib Tehsildar Ms. Jyoti Singh, Revenue Inspector Mr. Yash Varah, Patwari Mr. Rajaram Potai, Fundhar Patwari Mr. Dharmendra, and Zone Commissioner Mr. Vivekananda Dubey. The area was also secured by removing illegal encroachments on drains and government land. Additionally, government land, including grazing grounds and roads, was also identified and protected, preventing future encroachments. The administration clarified that encroachments on government land and natural water sources are unacceptable under any circumstances. Strict action will continue in such cases
