A grand celebration of Bastar's soul, traditions, and tribal identity, Bastar Pandum 2026 was not only a cultural event but also a living testimony to the government's unwavering commitment to good governance, sensitive administration, and tribal protection. This historic closing ceremony, held at Lal Bagh Maidan, drew the nation's attention to Bastar's glorious heritage.The administration diligently implemented Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai's vision and vision of cultural renaissance. Traditional dances, folk songs, tribal costumes, food, and crafts—all preserved in their original forms—this was the event's greatest achievement.

Gunjan Nag and Kiran Nag, residents of Kindarwada in the Chhindgarh development block, brought honor not only to Sukma but to the entire Bastar region by winning first place in the tribal costume competition. For this prestigious achievement, the artists were presented with mementos and an incentive check of ₹50,000 by Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, reflecting the government's respect and trust in artists.
