Raipur . Under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Awas Yojana, the dream of a pucca house has come true for Mr. Jagdish Baiga of Andhiyarkhoh Gram Panchayat, Gaurela Block. He was approved for a pucca house in the year 2023-24. Prior to the scheme, Jagdish Baiga and his family lived in a kutcha house. While living in the kutcha house, they were constantly threatened by wild insects, snakes, and scorpions. During the rainy season, the family faced significant difficulties due to leaking roofs. Due to limited income, building a pucca house was merely a dream for them. The construction of a house approved under the government's ambitious Pradhan Mantri Janman Awas Yojana has brought a major change in Jagdish Baiga's life. Now, Jagdish and his family live safely and with dignity in a pucca house. PM Janman Awas Yojana is proving to be a powerful means of improving the quality of life for needy families like Jagdish Baiga.
