Raipur. The pre-determined dry day will remain in force on Holi, the festival of joy and happiness. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has posted on X that arrangements will be ensured as per the prescribed rules, so that the people of the state can celebrate the festival in a safe and peaceful environment without any inconvenience. During the declared dry day, the sale of liquor will be completely banned in any shop, hotel, restaurant or club. Instructions have been given for strict monitoring at the district and state level to stop the illegal transportation and sale of liquor.
