According to the information received so far, the condition of 9 citizens belonging to the state has been ascertained. Contact has been established with the families of 2 of them, 5 citizens of Raipur are safe and have left for their return, while 2 citizens belonging to Bilaspur and Surguja are reported missing.

Monica Yadav, a resident of Mahadev Ghat in Raipur, traveled to Nepal on August 22nd. Following the floods in Nepal, reports of her disappearance and loss of contact surfaced. According to information received from the administration, contact has been established with Monica Yadav's family. Information regarding her condition is being gathered at the appropriate level.

Manju Rai Chaudhary, 65, of Bilaspur, had traveled to Nepal for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. Her family has now been contacted. The administration is verifying available information and coordinating the necessary information.

Bilaspur's Priyanka and Surguja's Dr. Meena remain missing.
Bilaspur resident Priyanka Chaudhary, 39, is reported missing in Nepal. She is a Finnish citizen. Based on information received from her family, the administration is in contact with relevant agencies and efforts are underway to locate her safely.

Dr. Meena Gupta, a resident of Surguja and a citizen of the United Kingdom, is also missing in Nepal. Her last known location is reported to be Rasuwagadhi Immigration Office, Nepal-China border. Coordination is underway with relevant authorities to gather information on her location.

Five Raipur citizens are safe.
Dinesh Ojha, Prem Singh Jagat, Narayan Sen, Yatendra Prakashi, and Dinesh Singh Thakur, all from the Mana area of ​​Raipur, have been confirmed safe. The five citizens traveled to Nepal on August 21st and have now left to return to Raipur.
