New Delhi . Swatantra Bhardwaj, accused of fatally attacking the father of minor Dalit student Nishu during a Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar in July, has challenged his opponents. He told the media in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, that no one can harm him, even if the entire opposition comes together. He said that he has influence and it will remain so, because those who protect religion are protected.

Bhardwaj told reporters, "We are confident that no one will be able to harm me. You can bring Trump, Netanyahu, whoever you want. Rahul Gandhi has just arrived. I say, bring all the opposition leaders and opposition supporters in India and go down to the ground. Even if you can harm me even a little, then we will agree."

Bhardwaj further said, "It's impossible for anyone to harm me. I have a reputation and it will remain so. Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah, Dharma protects those who protect Dharma." Bhardwaj said that if he goes to jail, he will definitely come out, and if Neeshu's father says anything then he will be treated. He said, "He will go to jail and then he will come back. He will say something again, then he will be treated."
