CG FAKE TRANSFER ORDER CASE: Another FIR against the accused in jail!
Baloda Bazar. Trouble has increased for Krishna Awasthi and his son Pranav Awasthi, who are already in jail in connection with a fake transfer order case. The City Kotwali police have now filed another FIR alleging that they allegedly took 6 lakh rupees in the name of securing a ward boy job.
Jeevan Lal Kamal, a resident of Odhan, alleged in his complaint that Krishna Awasthi, citing his influence, had promised to get six people jobs at the district hospital. According to the complaint, he was given Rs 3 lakh each in two installments on September 14, 2025, and February 14, 2026.
It is alleged that after this, in the name of getting a job, documents including 10th mark sheet, photo and bank passbook were taken and assurance was given to give joining letter on 24 August 2026.
When the job was not secured within the agreed timeframe, the complainant demanded his money back. It is alleged that even after this, he was still given assurances of a job placement. The police have registered FIR number 0747 and have begun an investigation.
Police have registered a case under sections 318(4) and 3(5) of the IPC. The investigation is being conducted by ASI Sunil Khute.
It has been revealed that Krishna Awasthi and Pranav Awasthi have previously been booked for alleged fraud in the name of jobs. However, all allegations will only be confirmed after the police investigation and judicial process are complete.
