Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai's Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana has become a medium of faith and spiritual journey for the devotees.

The train of faith left for Ramlala's court, 850 devotees from Bilaspur set out on the Ayodhya-Kashi Yatra.

Raipur, September 2026. Through Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai's ambitious Shri Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana, the people of the state are constantly receiving the privilege of seeing Lord Shri Ram. In this connection, a special train carrying 850 devotees from all districts of the Bilaspur division departed from Bilaspur Railway Station today for Ayodhya Dham. In an atmosphere filled with devotion, enthusiasm, and religious fervor, public representatives flagged off the train.

For the pilgrims departing on this special train, this journey is not only a religious pilgrimage, but also an unforgettable opportunity to experience the spiritual sights of Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram, and the holy city of Kashi Vishwanath. During the journey, devotees will have the privilege of visiting Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya and the Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga in Varanasi.

The special train was flagged off

At a ceremony held at Bilaspur Railway Station, Beltara MLA Mr. Sushant Shukla, District Panchayat President Mr. Rajesh Suryavanshi, District Panchayat Chairperson Mrs. Bharti Neeraj Mali, and other public representatives flagged off the special train for Ayodhya Dham. A large number of devotees, their families, and district administration officials and employees were present on the occasion.

Before the train departed, a devotional atmosphere prevailed at the railway station. Devotees were particularly excited to see Lord Shri Ram. Many devotees appeared emotional about their journey, chanting "Jai Shri Ram." Family members also bid farewell to their loved ones with best wishes for a safe journey.

Visiting Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya and visiting the holy city of Kashi Vishwanath are of immense spiritual significance for devotees. He added that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, is respecting the faith and sentiments of the people of the state by providing them with the opportunity to visit major pilgrimage sites.

Mr. Agrawal said that Ayodhya and Kashi are not only pilgrimage sites, but also major centers of India's eternal culture, tradition, and spiritual consciousness. Traveling to these sites provides devotees with an opportunity to closely understand and experience our rich cultural heritage. He extended his best wishes to all the pilgrims departing from Bilaspur division and wished them a safe and pleasant journey.

Along with Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath will also be visited.

Organized under the Shri Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana, this pilgrimage will provide devotees with the opportunity to visit the magnificent temple of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Additionally, during the pilgrimage, devotees will also visit Baba Kashi Vishwanath in Varanasi.

This combined pilgrimage to Ayodhya and Kashi holds special significance for devotees. While Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram and a major center of eternal faith, Kashi Vishwanath Dham is a world-renowned pilgrimage center dedicated to Lord Shiva. Visiting both major religious sites will be a spiritual experience for devotees.
