A panel of experts conducted mock interviews with 19 candidates and provided valuable suggestions to enhance their personality and communication skills.
Raipur. Under the direction of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and the guidance of Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, the Raipur District Administration is continuously providing guidance to candidates for the CGPSC State Service Examination as part of 'Project Anubhav' to better prepare for the interview. In this sequence, a free mock interview was conducted today for 19 candidates at the Leadership Sadhana Center, Fundhar.
In the mock interview, experienced officers of the Administrative Service, retired officers, academics, and experts from various fields served as panel members to interview candidates. The experts assessed candidates' personality traits, confidence, communication style, subject knowledge, understanding of current events, and administrative perspectives. Following the interview, candidates were provided with individualized feedback regarding their shortcomings and the improvements needed to improve their performance.

The panel of the mock interview included retired IAS officer Sanjay Alang, IAS and CEO Zila Panchayat Kumar Vishwaranjan, Director Sports and Youth Welfare Akanksha Singh, Additional Collector Kirtiman Singh Rathore, Joint Collector KM Agarwal, retired ADM SL Nayak, writer and retired ADM Sanjeev Bakshi, retired Joint Director Rahul Singh, Bhuwal Singh, Professor Brij Kishore Prasad, Deputy Director Finance BK Nayak, CTO Aabhas Singh Thakur, GM DIC Amay Tripathi and Deputy Collector Swapnil Verma along with experts.
