Kharun banks lit up with 1.25 lakh 'blessing lamps', a grand aarti was performed for the healthy and long life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Chief Minister participated in the grand Deepotsav and Maha Aarti 'Aashirwad Ka Diya' programme organised at Mahadev Ghat.

The sacred banks of the Kharun River were illuminated with 1.25 lakh lamps on the 76th birthday of Prime Minister Shri Modi.

The Chief Minister participated in the Maha Aarti of Kharun Maiya and on behalf of the people of the state, wished the Prime Minister good health and long life.

Raipur September 2026/ On the 76th birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, today the Mahadev Ghat of the capital Raipur was illuminated with the light of 1.25 lakh lamps. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the grand Deepotsav and Maha Aarti 'Aashirwad Ka Diya' programme organized on the holy banks of the Kharun River and along with the people of the state, wished for the good health and long life of Prime Minister Shri Modi. The entire premises of Mahadev Ghat was illuminated with the light of 1.25 lakh lamps lit together. A grand Maha Aarti of Kharun Maiya was performed amidst this unique confluence of devotion, faith and public participation.

Addressing the program, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has dedicated his life to the nation and public service. Under his leadership, India has achieved many unprecedented and historic achievements in the areas of development, public welfare, and national self-respect. Prime Minister Shri Modi works day and night to serve 1.4 billion countrymen, and under his leadership, India is rapidly progressing toward new heights of development.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the 1.25 lakh lamps lit today on the sacred banks of the Kharun River are an expression of the people of Chhattisgarh's affection, affection, and good wishes for Prime Minister Shri Modi. On behalf of the people of the state, he extended heartfelt birthday greetings and best wishes to Prime Minister Shri Modi and wished him a healthy, long, and successful life.

During the grand Deepotsav, Sadhvi Pragya Bharti and other Acharyas performed the Maha Aarti of Kharun Maiya with due rituals. Chief Minister Shri Sai also participated in the Maha Aarti. On this occasion, the Chief Minister released a song composed and sung by Sadhvi Pragya Bharti, dedicated to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

The country has witnessed historic changes under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi.

Chief Minister Sai said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has witnessed many historic decisions and long-awaited changes. From the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir to the enshrinement of Lord Ram Lalla in a magnificent temple in Ayodhya, the country has experienced a newfound confidence and strength.

He said that under Prime Minister Shri Modi's leadership, major and far-reaching decisions have been taken in the national interest. His determination, clear vision, and spirit of national service have accelerated the pace of development and public welfare in the country. Today, India is playing its role on the world stage with greater confidence and strength.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that for Prime Minister Shri Modi, the focus of governance has always been on the poor and those at the bottom of society. In keeping with this spirit, extensive work has been done to connect poor families with permanent housing, household toilets, Jan Dhan accounts, cooking gas connections, food security, and other basic amenities.

He said that Prime Minister Shri Modi, considering every citizen a member of his family, is working tirelessly with the motto of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas." His government has made meeting the smallest needs of the poor and providing facilities that improve their lives a priority.
