For Mr. Doman Sahu and his wife, Mrs. Parvati Sahu, residents of Babai village in Kabirdham district, this journey was not just a religious pilgrimage, but also an opportunity to fulfill a dream cherished for years.
Mr. Doman Sahu says that he had long desired to see Lord Shri Ram. Due to his family's financial and other circumstances, he was unable to visit Ayodhya to see Ram Lalla. Through this scheme, he and his wife, Mrs. Parvati Sahu, had the privilege of visiting Ayodhya Dham and seeing Lord Shri Ram Lalla. They also visited Baba Vishwanath at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Mr. Doman Sahu said that he had longed to see Ram Lalla for years. When he and his wife arrived in Ayodhya and saw Lord Ram Lalla, he was overcome with emotion. He said that this Chhattisgarh government scheme has made pilgrimages easier for ordinary families like his. Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, he said that having the opportunity to see Ram Lalla in the magnificent Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya today was a deeply emotional and unforgettable experience.
On January 22, 2024, the historic ceremony of the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla took place in the newly constructed Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. Following this historic occasion, devotees from across the country have been continuously arriving at Ayodhya Dham to have darshan of Ram Lalla. The Chhattisgarh government's Shri Ram Lalla Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana is connecting this faith with travel facilities for devotees.
Free bus service was provided to the pilgrims from Kawardha to Durg Railway Station. They were then transported to Kashi and Ayodhya by special train. Food, snacks, and tea were provided throughout the journey, along with a medical team for medical care.
Devotees visited Baba Vishwanath at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and then proceeded to Ayodhya to have darshan of Shri Ram Lalla. For many devotees who had long desired to undertake the pilgrimage, this journey brought an experience of faith, devotion, and spiritual satisfaction.
