Raipur, September 25, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the Antyodaya Seva Vandan Parv, 'Ankahi Kahaniyaan' cultural presentation and Veergatha Samman ceremony organized under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan at Sardar Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium in the capital Raipur. Inspiring stories of service, dedication, courage and social responsibility were brought to life on stage through various presentations. On this occasion, 'Namo Seva Gatha', focusing on the public life and service spirit of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, was also staged.

At the event, Chief Minister Shri Sai honored citizens who have accomplished remarkable work in various areas of society, along with service-minded individuals from the police, army, paramilitary forces, civil services, and social sectors, by presenting them with certificates. He said that honoring those who have dedicatedly contributed to the service of society and the nation also inspires the new generation to move forward on the path of service and duty.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the spirit of Antyodaya is the fundamental foundation of our development journey. Our priority is to extend the benefits of government schemes and facilities to the lowest rung of society and bring positive change in their lives. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country is moving forward with a commitment to service, good governance, and the welfare of the poor. In Chhattisgarh, public welfare and development work is being accelerated in accordance with this spirit.

He said that through the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, efforts are being made to connect every segment of society with service work. Increasing public participation in causes such as cleanliness, health, blood donation, environmental protection, and assistance to the needy is transforming this campaign into a mass movement.

*Stage decorated with the colors of folk art and patriotism*

The Antyodaya Seva Vandan festival showcased a beautiful confluence of Chhattisgarh's rich folk culture and patriotism. Artists enthralled the audience with folk songs, jasgeets, bhajans, Raut Nacha, and traditional group dances, along with flute playing and theatrical performances.

Women associated with the National Rural Livelihood Mission presented folk songs and group dances, giving a live glimpse of the folk traditions of Chhattisgarh. Children from the Divyang School enthralled everyone with their talent and confidence by presenting a patriotic group song.
Participants from the Labour Department, Women and Child Development Department and various groups also gave cultural performances. The message of building a clean and healthy society was given through a special cultural presentation based on the message of cleanliness. The presence of international hockey player Shama Anjum was also special. A social message was given through the street play 'Hamar Sathi-Sathi'. Drone Didi Mrs. Anjana Das, along with her son, gave a soulful performance on the song 'Meri Yashoda Maiya'.

Artists from Raipur city, as well as Arang, Abhanpur, Dharsiwa, and Kharora, also participated in the program. Performances by artists from diverse regions made the Antyodaya Seva Vandan Festival a comprehensive platform for Chhattisgarh's folk art, talent, and social participation.

*Chief Minister launched three innovations*

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai launched three innovations of Raipur District Administration on this occasion - 'Project Rahat', 'Project Nagwad' and Advance AI - 'Takath Hai MY'.

Through 'Project Rahat', an initiative has been taken to make the process of disbursing relief amount under RBC 6(4) to people affected by natural calamities more quick and effective, so that the affected families can get timely assistance in case of disaster.

Under "Project Demolish," an initiative has been launched to identify dilapidated and unsafe buildings in the district and ensure necessary action. Its objective is to ensure the safety of citizens by reducing the risk of accidents.

Similarly, through Advance AI – 'Taakt Hai MY', an initiative has been taken towards making the administrative functioning more effective and people-oriented by using modern technology and artificial intelligence.

Chief Minister Shri Sai praised these innovations, saying that the true purpose of technology and innovation is achieved only when they provide quick and easy access to services to ordinary citizens. Good governance means not only formulating plans, but also effectively delivering them to the last person.

The Chief Minister, while congratulating all the citizens, soldiers, social workers, and participants honored at the event, said that their stories of service, courage, and dedication are an inspiration to society. He expressed confidence that the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will further broaden the spirit of public service and social participation in the state.

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw, Minister Shri Tankaram Verma, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Lakshmi Verma, MLA Shri Anuj Sharma, Chairperson of Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation Ms. Mona Sen along with many public representatives, officers, social workers, artists and a large number of citizens were present.
