Raipur, September 25, 2026/ A two-day provincial official language conference dedicated to the development of Chhattisgarhi language, literature, and the official language will be held in Bemetara district on September 26 and 27. Literary figures, scholars, language experts, and representatives associated with the official language from across the state will participate in the conference. Through the conference, topics related to the preservation, promotion, and widespread publicity of the Chhattisgarhi language, as well as the promotion of the state's rich literary and cultural heritage, will be discussed.

Mr. Prabhat Mishra, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Official Language Commission and Minister of State, paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai today. He cordially invited him to attend the provincial Official Language Conference to be held in Bemetara. During the conference, Mr. Mishra briefed the Chief Minister on the conference's objectives, preparations for the event, and the program outline.
