Upliftment of the last person and inclusive development is our commitment: Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma
A new era of good governance and inclusive development
If you get the benefit of the schemes, your life will improve.
Minister Tank Ram Verma learned about the ground impact of the schemes in Mohla-Manpur.
Raipur,
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the public welfare policies of the state government are reaching the remote rural areas of the state and bringing unprecedented positive changes in the lives of the common people. In this series of good governance and transparent administration, Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Tank Ram Verma visited the remote rural areas of district Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki this morning. During this, he reached out to the villagers and directly observed the effective implementation of government schemes at the grassroots level and through direct communication with the beneficiaries, inquired about the changes in their lives.
During his visit, Minister Verma inspected construction works approved under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) in the Gram Panchayat Mading Pidding Bhursa, District Panchayat Mohla. He inspected the house under construction belonging to Indra Kumar, son of Madan Lal, a beneficiary of the scheme. An amount of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand is being provided for this permanent house approved under the year 2025-26. Along with this, 90 days of MNREGA employment is also being provided to the family.
Government schemes became the center of multidimensional development
Mrs. Hemeshwari, a member of the beneficiary family, expressed her happiness and deep gratitude for the state government's development policies. She explained that the government's integrated welfare approach has completely transformed her family's situation.
Mrs. Hemeshwari said that the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has not only provided a safe and permanent home, but also freed her from smoke by receiving a cooking gas connection under the Ujjwala Yojana. Through the Jal Jeevan Mission (Tap Water Scheme), clean drinking water is now readily available within her home. Furthermore, the monthly financial assistance provided under the state government's ambitious "Mahatari Vandan Yojana" has become a major foundation for women's self-reliance and self-sufficiency. We are able to use this amount to comfortably meet daily household needs and care for our children.
After listening to the positive experiences of the beneficiaries, Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma said that the state government is working on the principle of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas."
Our government's top priority is to bring the light of development to the last person in society. When a rural family gets a permanent house, sisters and daughters get access to cooking gas and pure water at home, and women are economically empowered through the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, then the concept of Ramrajya and good governance is truly realized. The state government is continuously striving with complete transparency and sensitivity to ensure every eligible citizen gets their rights and respect.
Local public representatives, senior officials, and villagers were present on this occasion.
