Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the "Seva Ke Rang, Rashtra Ke Sang" event organized as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan at the Balveer Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium in Raipur. The "Namo Seva Gatha" light and sound show at the event effectively presented Prime Minister Narendra Modi's inspiring life journey from struggle to service and from service to nation-building.
Addressing the ceremony, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that today marks a significant milestone in the country's public life. October 7th marks the completion of 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's public life. His journey, spanning nearly 13 years as Chief Minister of Gujarat and more than 12 years as Prime Minister, is an inspiring saga of service, good governance, public welfare, and dedication to nation-building.
Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister Modi has kept national interest paramount in his public life and has worked tirelessly to make India prosperous, strong, and self-reliant. Considering the country's 1.4 billion citizens as his family, he is moving the country forward with the motto of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas." Under his leadership, the government's schemes have focused on the poor, farmers, youth, women, and the underprivileged, ensuring the reach of development to the last person in society.
Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister Modi has pledged to the nation to make India a developed nation by the year 2047. Realizing this pledge is not only the responsibility of governments, but also the collective responsibility of every citizen. Along with building a developed India, we must also move forward with full strength and determination to build a developed Chhattisgarh.
He said that on the occasion of Prime Minister Modi's birthday, the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is being organized in the state from September 17th to October 17th. This month-long campaign is linked to public participation through 13 different points. Its objective is to spread the spirit of service, cleanliness, social concern, and nation-building to every person. The Chief Minister called upon the people of the state to participate enthusiastically in the campaign.

Chief Minister Sai said that through "Namo Seva Gatha," we have had the opportunity to learn about the various stages of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's life, his struggles, his spirit of service, and his resolve to build the nation. His life is especially inspiring for the new generation.
He said that Prime Minister Modi's journey from ordinary circumstances to leading the country through his hard work, discipline, strong will and spirit of service gives the message to the youth that if the resolve is strong and the objective is to serve the people, then even the biggest challenge can be converted into an opportunity.

Chief Minister Sai said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the determination of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the indomitable courage of the security forces and the cooperation of the local people, the campaign against Naxalism has achieved historic success.
He said that the situation in Bastar, which was affected by violence and fear for decades, is rapidly changing. Roads, education, health, communications, and governance schemes are now reaching areas once difficult to reach. A new era of peace, development, and public trust has begun in Bastar. The central government had marked the achievement of effectively freeing the country from Naxalism by March 31, 2026.
The Chief Minister said that it is our resolve that every citizen of Bastar should join the mainstream of development and the youth there should get better opportunities for education, skill, employment and entrepreneurship.
*Prosperity of farmers is our priority*
Chief Minister Sai said that under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, many important steps have been taken to honor and economically empower farmers. The double-engine government at the center and state is working with commitment to the welfare of farmers. Continuous efforts are being made to increase farmers' income, integrate agriculture with modern technology, and strengthen the rural economy.
*Women's economic independence strengthened by Mahatari Vandan*
Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister Modi has made women's empowerment a key pillar of national progress. In keeping with this spirit, the Chhattisgarh government is also working tirelessly to empower women economically and socially.
He said that through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, approximately 6.8 million eligible women in the state are being provided financial assistance of one thousand rupees per month. More than 20,000 crore rupees have been provided under the scheme so far. This amount is empowering women financially and strengthening their participation in family decisions.
*Chhattisgarh's rail connectivity is getting unprecedented expansion*
Chief Minister Sai said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, work is progressing rapidly in the areas of infrastructure and connectivity in Chhattisgarh. Work worth approximately ₹51,000 crore is underway to expand rail facilities in the state.
He informed that 32 railway stations in Chhattisgarh are being redeveloped under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. New rail projects and modernization of railway stations will provide better facilities to passengers and strengthen connectivity to remote areas of the state. An improved rail network will also boost industry, trade, tourism, and employment opportunities.
*Infrastructure being strengthened in tribal villages*
Chief Minister Sai said that respect for tribal society, preservation of their culture and overall development of their areas have been among the priorities of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He stated that under the Dharti Aba Tribal Village Elevation Campaign, basic amenities such as housing, roads, education, health, drinking water, electricity, and livelihoods are being strengthened in Chhattisgarh's 6,691 tribal villages. With the increased reach of development in remote tribal areas, families living there are increasingly connecting with government schemes and facilities.
The Chief Minister said that tribal communities are the pride of our culture and traditions. The government is striving to ensure that tribal areas not only participate in the journey of development but also emerge as major centers of the state's progress.
Chhattisgarh is emerging on the global investment map.
Chief Minister Sai said that Chhattisgarh is also benefiting from the increased global confidence in India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Our government has moved rapidly towards establishing Chhattisgarh as one of the country's leading investment destinations through a new industrial development policy, transparent administration, and an investment-friendly environment.
Referring to his recent visit to Singapore, he said that discussions with Singapore's industry revealed widespread enthusiasm among investors for Chhattisgarh. He added that impressed by the state's innovative industrial development policy and investment-friendly environment, representatives from 15 major companies expressed interest in investing in Chhattisgarh during one-on-one discussions.
The Chief Minister said that the objective of these investment proposals is not only to set up industries, but also to create new employment opportunities for the youth of the state, strengthen the local economy and develop Chhattisgarh as a major centre of modern industry, technology and innovation.
He said that a developed Chhattisgarh will play a crucial role in the resolve for a developed India. Our goal is to create a Chhattisgarh that is both prosperous, self-reliant, and a leading contributor to the country's development journey.
