Mr. Vikas Singh Thakur, who has lived in the Boriyakala Housing Board for the past 12 years, says that the most significant feature is the thoughtful residential planning. The design, layout, and well-planned construction of the homes have been satisfactory to his family.

"I've been living in the Boriyakala Housing Board for about 12 years," says Mr. Thakur. "The best thing about it is its thoughtful planning. The design and construction of the homes are excellent."

He explains, "Along with the excellent design and planning of the homes, what gives me the most reassurance is the support of the Housing Board team. Whenever we have a problem, they listen to us and resolve it as quickly as possible."
