After the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Sai informed about the decisions of the Council of Ministers in a press conference held at the Chief Minister's residence and underlined the huge impact of Prime Minister Shri Modi's 25 years of leadership on the development journey of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Sai, while extending Sharadiya Navratri greetings to the people of the state, said that on this auspicious occasion, the Council of Ministers has passed an auspicious resolution to congratulate Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on his 25 years of glorious service. This is not just an occasion of achievement, but a historic milestone in an extraordinary journey of work dedicated to the principles of nation first, public service, good governance, welfare of the poor, and Antyodaya.

On behalf of the three crore people of Chhattisgarh and the Council of Ministers, the Chief Minister congratulated Prime Minister Shri Modi for his Karmayoga, public service and visionary leadership and wished him good health and long service to the nation.

He said that the Council of Ministers has welcomed the historic decisions taken in the national interest, from JAM to GST, the abolition of Article 370, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, and freedom from Naxalism. He also expressed gratitude to the central government for providing greater resources and participation to Chhattisgarh through cooperative federalism, and for its support in providing facilities like housing, tap water, sanitation, rations, health, and clean fuel to the last person.

The experiments of good governance started from Gujarat showed a new path to the country and Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that as Chief Minister of Gujarat, Prime Minister Shri Modi pioneered several innovative governance experiments involving technology, public communication, and results-based approaches. These successful experiments were later adopted at the national level. Chhattisgarh, which came into existence in 2000, also attempted to move forward rapidly in its early development journey, learning from the successful experiences of the "Gujarat Model." Work cultures such as dialogue and "Chintan Shivirs" (contemplation camps) were also inspired by this thinking.

He said that today, Pradhan Mantri Gati Shakti has integrated project planning and monitoring with technology. Of the approximately 20,000 villages in Chhattisgarh, approximately 14,000 have been geo-referenced.

Chhattisgarh has created a conducive environment for investment and industries.

The Chief Minister said that "Vibrant Gujarat" gave the country's states a new vision to showcase their industrial and economic potential to the world. Inspired by this, Chhattisgarh has also undertaken extensive structural and policy reforms to attract investment.

The Ease of Doing Business Act, 2026, simplifies industrial permits and provides for deemed approval, meaning automatic approval, if a decision is not made within the stipulated timeframe. A one-click single window system further simplifies procedures for investors.
