Raipur - On the occasion of the second day of Diwali (Goverdhan Puja), November 01 has been declared a public holiday for treasuries and banks across the state. An order to this effect has been issued today by the General Administration Department, Ministry of Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur.
