CGBSE has released a helpline number, where students of class 10th and 12th can get solutions to their problems.
Raipur. The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has decided to launch a helpline for students ahead of the 10th and 12th board exams. This helpline will be active on February 5th, allowing students to seek solutions to problems related to their studies and exams.
According to information released by the Board, this helpline service will be operated daily from 10 am to 5 pm, starting February 5. Students, parents, and teachers can seek guidance by calling the toll-free number 1800-233-4363.
The first phase of the helpline will run from February 5th to February 18th, 2026. During this period, experts in English, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and other subjects will address students' questions. Psychologists and counselors will also be available during office hours to help reduce exam stress and mental strain.

The second phase of the helpline service will run from February 19 to March 17, 2026. In this phase, subject experts as well as Board officials will resolve procedural and other problems related to the examination.
