Raipur. Labor Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Shri Lakhan Lal Devangan and Chairman of Chhattisgarh Bhawan Evam Anu Nirman Karmakar Kalyan Mandal, Dr. Rampratap Singh, by pressing a button, transferred an amount of 18.23 crores to the accounts of 9328 construction workers of the state through DBT and benefited them under various schemes. Today, on Tuesday, the board meeting of Chhattisgarh Bhawan Evam Anu Nirman Karmakar Kalyan Mandal, located at Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, was held in the special presence of Labor Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Devangan and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Rampratap Singh.
On this occasion, Labor Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan stated that in accordance with the vision of both Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, all schemes, including education, health, safety equipment, sports promotion, empowerment, housing, and pension, are being implemented efficiently and timely to provide benefits to the state's working brothers and sisters, as well as their families. The Sai government is a worker-friendly government. Following Chief Minister Shri Sai's instructions, over ₹800 crore has been transferred to the accounts of working brothers and sisters from all the boards under the Labor Department in the last two years. The Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board alone has benefited over 11 lakh workers with funds totaling over ₹500 crore.
Board Chairman Shri Rampratap Singh stated that the Chhattisgarh government is committed to the welfare of workers. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, delivering benefits directly to workers in a simple and transparent manner is our priority.
