Jashpurnagar . Additional Collector Pradeep Kumar Sahu met with citizens directly during a public hearing held at the district office today to learn about their problems and demands. He carefully reviewed the applications received and directed the concerned departmental officials to ensure timely, transparent, and quality resolution of each case.

      The Additional Collector told the officials that applicants should be provided timely information about the action taken on their applications, so that they can clearly know the status of the solution to their problem. He stressed on taking action with sensitivity and accountability on matters related to public facilities. A total of 40 applications were received in the public hearing held today, which mainly included applications related to revenue matters, sanitation and cleanliness, infrastructure construction, livelihood improvement and availing benefits of various government schemes.
