Raipur . The CM Helpline 1076, operated under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, is proving to be an effective means of quickly resolving public problems. In this context, the problem of Digeshwar Devangan, a disabled person from village Kharora, was quickly resolved.  

 Devangan called the Chief Minister's Helpline on June 23, 2026, and explained his problem, after which the Social Welfare Department took action and within 24 hours, on June 24, 2026, he was provided with a battery-operated tricycle in a program organized at the Government Disabled College in Mana.

 Devangan is 80 percent disabled, which made it difficult for him to perform his daily tasks and travel from one place to another. Lacking a suitable means of transportation, he was deprived of many essential tasks. However, Devangan expressed his happiness at receiving a tricycle, saying it would now facilitate his daily activities, medical consultations, the market, and other essential places.

Devangan expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai for this quick resolution and said that the Chief Minister Helpline has emerged as a relief for us needy people.
