The Seva Setu portal, which has given new impetus to good governance and digital administration in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, has today become a powerful medium for easy, transparent and timely access to government services for common citizens. Through this innovative initiative, government services are being made available to the citizens of the state on a single digital platform, which has largely eliminated the need for repeated visits to government offices.

Through the Seva Setu Center, services from various departments are now available in a simple, transparent, and timely manner. This has saved ordinary citizens time, effort, and money, while also making access to government services much easier and more convenient than before.

The entire process is completed in one place

 Mr. Pamendra Sahu of Durg district applied online for a land use certificate at the Seva Setu Centre located in the Tehsil Office, Durg, on June 4, 2026. Following the application, the required documents were verified within the stipulated timeframe, and upon completion of the entire process, he was issued a land use certificate on June 17, 2026.

Earlier there were many dizziness, now there is great relief

Mr. Pamendra Sahu explained that previously, he had to visit the tehsil office multiple times to obtain a land use certificate. Application status information was not available in a timely manner, document verification was delayed, and he had to repeatedly visit different branches. This resulted in significant time, labor, and financial costs.

Mr. Pamendra explained that since the online service bridge center began, the entire process has become extremely simple and convenient. Applications are filed online in one place, documents are verified in a timely manner, and certificates are received within the stipulated time without unnecessary hassle.
