Chief Minister Helpline 1076 has established itself as an effective platform in this direction, ensuring timely and quality resolution of registered complaints.
The government's initiative to promptly resolve public issues, Chief Minister Helpline 1076, is becoming a platform of trust for common citizens. Villagers of Telaga Para, Ward No. 3, Hiranar village in Dantewada district also received significant relief through this helpline. Approximately 150 consumers had been facing power outages due to a malfunctioning transformer for several months. The transformer's malfunction was impacting their household chores, children's education, drinking water, and other daily needs. The villagers attempted numerous times to resolve the problem, but failed to receive the desired relief.
Complaint filed on Chief Minister's Helpline 1076:
Mr. Lakhan Yadav, a resident of Hiranar village, initially filed a complaint about a faulty transformer at the electricity distribution office. When the problem wasn't resolved in a timely manner, he found the Chief Minister's Helpline number 1076 through Google and filed his complaint in May 2026. Upon receiving the complaint, the concerned department took the matter seriously and initiated immediate action. Departmental officials arrived at the scene to inspect the faulty transformer. Subsequently, the transformer was repaired and power supply was restored to the area.
150 consumers received relief.
Regular power supply resumed in the Telaga Para area after the transformer was repaired, providing relief to approximately 150 consumers and resolving their long-standing problem. With the restoration of power, the villagers' daily routines returned to normal. Complainant Mr. Lakhan Yadav expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister's Helpline and the Electricity Department for the prompt resolution of the problem through Chief Minister's Helpline 1076. He said that the Chief Minister's Helpline 1076 is becoming a powerful medium for timely and effective resolution of common citizens' problems.
The Chief Minister's Helpline 1076 serves as a strong link of trust between the government and the public. Through this, citizens are registering their problems and receiving prompt action toward their resolution.
