Registration on Integrated Farmer Portal and MIDH Portal is mandatory to avail the benefits of horticulture schemes.
Jashpurnagar . Registration of farmers on the Integrated Farmer Portal has now been made mandatory to avail the benefits of state-sponsored schemes run by the Horticulture Department.
Similarly, to benefit from the National Horticulture Mission Scheme, farmers must register online on the MIDH Security Portal. According to information received from the department, individuals, farmer groups, and other eligible beneficiaries involved in fruit, vegetable, spice, flower, protected cultivation, and organic farming can register themselves online using their mobile phones. They can also register by visiting their nearest customer service center.
To register on the portal, farmers must have a mobile number linked to their Aadhaar card, bank account details, and land-related documents such as B-1 and Khasra copies. Departmental officials say this registration process has been made mandatory for the smooth implementation of schemes, transparency, and to ensure that grant funds are transferred directly to farmers' accounts through DBT. If farmers fail to register on time, they may lose out on the benefits of departmental schemes.
