He said that when we use products made by local weavers, we not only strengthen their livelihoods but also play an important role in preserving our rich cultural heritage. This small effort by every citizen will prove to be a major contribution to building a self-reliant India and strengthening the local economy.

It is our collective responsibility to encourage such talented artisans. On the occasion of National Handloom Day, Agarwal urged citizens to share videos or photos of their favorite handloom products and join the National Handloom Day campaign. He stated that this public participation will bring new recognition to the remarkable art of our weavers, their hard work, and the rich tradition of Indian handlooms across the country and the world.
