Raipur . The list of chief guests for the state-level and district-level celebrations in Chhattisgarh on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15, has been released. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, and take the salute at the main state-level function, held at the Police Parade Ground in Raipur. On this occasion, the Chief Minister will address the people of the state and share the state's development journey and future plans.

According to the list released by the General Administration Department (GAD), as the chief guest at the major district headquarters, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, and take the salute. At Rajnandgaon district headquarters, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, and address the public. At Bilaspur district headquarters, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, and will read the salute. The Chief Minister's message to the public will be read.

Tribal Development Minister Ramvichar Netam will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, at the Surguja district headquarters, Food Minister Dayaldas Baghel at the Mahasamund district headquarters, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap at the Dantewada district headquarters, Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan at the Kabirdham district headquarters, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal at the Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur district headquarters, will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, take the salute of the parade, and read out the Chief Minister's message to the public. 

Similarly, Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, at the Raigarh district headquarters, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma at the Kanker district headquarters, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade at the Surajpur district headquarters, Skill Development and Technical Education Minister Guru Khuswant Saheb at the Janjgir-Champa district headquarters, Tourism and Culture Minister Rajesh Agarwal at the Jashpur district headquarters, and School Education Minister Gajendra Yadav at the Balod district headquarters will hoist the national flag, the tricolor, take the salute of the parade, and read out the Chief Minister's message to the public.

MP Brijmohan Agrawal at the district headquarters of Balodabazar-Bhatapara district, MP Vijay Baghel at the district headquarters of Bemetara district, MP Santosh Pandey at the district headquarters of Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai district, MP Bhojraj Nag at the district headquarters of Kondagaon, MP Chintamani Maharaj at the district headquarters of Balrampur, MP Radheshyam Rathiya at the district headquarters of Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district will hoist the flag on the occasion of Independence Day, take the salute of the parade and read out the Chief Minister's message to the public. MP Smt. Roopkumari Chaudhary at the Gariaband district headquarters, MP Smt. Kamlesh Jangde at the Sakti district headquarters, MP Mahesh Kashyap at the Bijapur district headquarters, Rajya Sabha MP Devendra Pratap Singh at the Sukma district headquarters, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Laxmi Verma at the district headquarters of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki district will hoist the flag on the occasion of Independence Day, take the salute of the parade and read out the Chief Minister's message to the public.

MLA Amar Agrawal at Korba district headquarters, MLA Ajay Chandrakar at Dhamtari district headquarters, MLA Dharamjeet Singh at Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district headquarters, MLA Punnulal Mohle at Mungeli district headquarters, MLA Bhaiya Lal Rajwade at Koriya district headquarters, MLA Lata Usendi at Narayanpur district headquarters will read out the Chief Minister's message to the public after hoisting the flag as the chief guest at the Independence Day celebrations.
