Governor Deka cleans up on Gandhi Jayanti

Governor Ramen Deka today gave the message of cleanliness by cleaning outside the Lok Bhavan premises under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
On this occasion, Governor Deka participated in the cleanliness drive at the Lok Bhavan complex, cleaning it himself. Lok Bhavan officials and employees also carried out a cleanliness drive at various locations within the complex this morning. They swept and collected garbage and disposed of it properly.
Governor Deka said that cleanliness should not be a one-day campaign, but rather a part of our daily lives. The participation of every citizen is essential in building a clean and beautiful campus and a clean society.
MLA Purandar Mishra was present on this occasion.
