Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao attended the Angan Milan Utsav in Lormi today as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. He sat on the floor and played with young children, interacting with them affectionately and lovingly. Sao's easygoing and friendly demeanor was evident during these moments spent with the children. He also gave them sweets and toys. The children's faces lit up with joy upon receiving the gifts.
The rituals of Annaprashan and Godhbharai were also performed at the Angan Milan Utsav. Anganwadi project officers, supervisors and workers were honored at the event. Little children sang children's songs like "Lal Tomato Bade Mazaal", "Anganwadi Jayenge" and "Aloo Kachalu Beta Kahan Gaye The" during the Angan Milan Utsav. The innocent performances and laughter of the children filled the entire Anganwadi premises with joy.
During the Suposhan Chaupal, topics related to the nutrition of children and mothers were discussed. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that a healthy and well-nourished childhood is the foundation of a strong future. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government is striving to bring nutrition to every household through the "Munga in every home, Munga in every home" campaign.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also praised this initiative in his "Mann Ki Baat" program. Saw said that for better nutrition for children, the participation of families and society is essential, along with government efforts.
