Praising the energy and confidence of the young generation, he said that India today is a leader among the world's fastest-growing economies, and the current youth are historical witnesses and partners in this. He said that graduating from a university is not the end of education, but continuous learning, skill enhancement, and self-development are essential for success in the twenty-first century.

The former President noted that in the country's universities, daughters are often outperforming sons in academic pursuits, and the number of gold medalists at this university is remarkable. Congratulating the students, especially the medalists, he said that their achievements are not solely the result of their hard work, but also the sacrifices of their parents, the support of their families, and the invaluable guidance of their teachers. This is a golden, memorable moment for every student, one they will cherish throughout their lives. He said, "Never think you are lagging behind. If you don't give up, you can always be first." He urged the students to work hard to achieve their dreams, stay connected to Indian culture, values, and roots, and embrace Indian heritage such as yoga and science.
Governor Shri Ramen Deka said that life presents many challenges, sometimes leading to falls. However, the most important thing is to pick ourselves up and stand up again. He urged students not to be afraid of setbacks and to always have the courage to rise. Describing discipline as a strong foundation for success, the Governor said that life is a beautiful journey, and it is everyone's responsibility to live it purposefully, positively, and meaningfully. Drawing attention to the importance of mental health, the Governor said that stress has become a major challenge today. Therefore, it is essential to make yoga, meditation, and regular physical activity an integral part of life. He also urged students to choose a career that is stress-free, transparent, and enables positive change for themselves, society, and the nation.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai said that success isn't determined by degrees alone, but by a constant desire to learn. The world is changing rapidly, and the youth who choose the path of technology, innovation, and hard work while remaining rooted in their culture will shape the India of tomorrow. Opportunities aren't always available; sometimes we have to create them ourselves. Discipline, dedication, and a positive outlook are the power that transforms every ordinary moment into an extraordinary achievement. He said, "I can confidently say that this generation will take Chhattisgarh and the entire country to new heights."

This new system provides simple, transparent, and prompt services to students. He said that financial assistance under the PM Usha program will significantly contribute to the development of new laboratories, smart classrooms, a digital library, and modern academic infrastructure, enabling the university to ensure quality and innovation in higher education.
