Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai reached village Muller in Dantewada district: Sushasan festival reached the last corner of Chhattisgarh

Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today visited the remote and tribal dominated village of Muller in Bastar division. This village is one of the last villages located on the border of Dantewada district, where inclusive development work is now being carried out at a fast pace under the Niyada Nellnar Scheme.Villagers accorded a warm welcome to Chief Minister Shri Sai by presenting him with a traditional garland made of Mahua and mango leaves and a Gaur crown. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh and Director General of Police Arun Dev Gautam were also greeted with traditional bouquets made of Chhind leaves.

Chief Minister Shri Sai held a chaupal under the tamarind tree and interacted directly with the villagers. He listened to the ground level problems of the villagers and discussed the development priorities. He inspected the ration shop.Where he interacted with the beneficiaries and inquired about the regularity, quality and usage of ration distribution. During this, he also got the food grains weighed on the spot and saw the ration card of a beneficiary.Chief Minister Shri Sai had a cordial conversation with the children in Anganwadi and collected information about their knowledge of alphabets, colour recognition etc. and distributed chocolates to the children.

The CM made several important announcements on the spot, including approval of Rs 4 lakh for the construction of Andal Kosam Mata temple, establishment of a sub-health center in the village, construction of a connecting road to Nahadi, approval of Rs 5 lakh for the construction of a culvert and CC road to connect all the areas of the village.He further said that soon camps will be organized to make forest rights recognition certificate, Aadhar card and Ayushman card.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai met Ramshila Nag, a student from Dantewada who secured 9th position in the 10th board examination of the state.He was honoured with a bouquet of flowers and sweets and wished for his bright future.

This visit of Chief Minister Shri Sai to village Muller was not only a symbol of the sensitivity of good governance but also proves that the state government is committed to reach every last person in the state
