CG: Gross negligence in Ayushman Bharat PM Jan Arogya Yojana, 3 private hospitals suspended
Mahasamund. Three private hospitals of Mahasamund district registered under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Mahanadi Hospital Mahasamund, Seva Bhawan Hospital Village Jagdishpur Pithora and Ambika Hospital Village Kharkhari Saraipali have been suspended from Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana for 03 months due to non-compliance of the guidelines of the scheme.
There will be no free treatment facility
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. I. Nageshwar Rao stated that Mahanadi Hospital in Mahasamund, Seva Bhavan Hospital in Jagdishpur Pithora village, and Ambika Hospital in Kharkhari Saraipali village will not offer treatment under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. He explained that in hospitals registered under the scheme, patients are provided free medical care as per the prescribed package, according to eligibility.
Make a complaint on toll free number 104
If a hospital registered under the scheme does not treat patients according to the guidelines of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana or refuses to provide free treatment using the Ayushman card, immediately complain to the toll-free number 104 or submit a written complaint to the Chief Medical and Health Officer's office and the Block Medical Officer's office.
