Bhoomipujan of 250-seat Nalanda Library: To give a new direction to the expansion of education, study resources and knowledge-culture, a 250-seat Nalanda Library will be constructed. Soon, students will have the opportunity to study in a better environment. Deputy Chief Minister and Kawardha MLA Vijay Sharma performed the Bhoomipujan for the construction of the Nalanda Library, equipped with state-of-the-art and fully digital facilities, to be built at a cost of Rs 4.41 crore.

Extending his best wishes to the youth, competitive exam aspirants, researchers, and book lovers, Deputy Chief Minister Sharma said that this Nalanda campus, being built on the lines of Raipur's Nalanda campus, will develop into a multifaceted knowledge center in the district. It will take education and knowledge-culture to new heights in Kawardha and open doors to new opportunities.

Free use of AI tools

This library will provide a peaceful and suitable environment to the children studying in schools and universities as well as the youth preparing for competitive exams. The library will have a digital library, good books for all competitive exams, daily newspapers, contemporary books, famous journals, books by good authors, inspirational books along with a special knowledge corner for children. Its speciality will be the audio visual content here. To ensure that the youth do not lag behind in the rapidly growing AI technology in the world, a corner of AI tools like Perplexity, Grok, ChatGPT will also be created, where the youth will be able to use the AI ​​tools for free.

The library will be built in 17,000 square feet.

It is noteworthy that this library, built in 17 thousand square feet, will have a reading hall with a capacity of 250 seats, along with books for preparation of competitive examinations, journals for academic and research activities, special knowledge corner for children, cultural and general studies, digital information and various resources of knowledge.
