On the instructions of the Chief Minister, two road projects worth Rs 20.48 crore were approved for smooth traffic movement.
Jashpurnagar On the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, along with getting continuous approval for the construction of various road routes to make the traffic smooth and uninterrupted in the district, the construction work is also going on at a rapid pace. In this sequence, approval of a total of Rs 20 crore 48 lakh has been given for two important road projects. In these, approval has been given for the construction of 5.05 km long access road from Jashpur main road to Khudiyarani-Kanjia hill Korwa settlement. This road including bridges will be constructed for Rs 6 crore 91 lakh 14 thousand. With the construction of this road, access of hill and tribal settlements to the main market and administrative centers will be easy.
Similarly, approval has been granted for strengthening the 17.60 km long Jashpur-Drisanna Road, for which ₹13.56 crore (135.688 lakh) has been sanctioned. The upgrade of this road will provide improved transportation and make traffic safer and more seamless.
