Raipur. On the occasion of Constitution Day, officers and employees of the Raj Bhavan Secretariat collectively read the Preamble of the Constitution. It is noteworthy that our Constitution was adopted on November 26, 1949. On this occasion, the Governor's Secretary, Dr. C.R. Prasanna, and Legal Advisor Bhishma Prasad Pandey, along with Secretariat officials and employees, read the Preamble of the Constitution.
