Raipur - In the Panchjanya Conclave 'Danteshwari Dialogue' organized at Mayfair Lake Resort in the capital Naya Raipur, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai shared his views on several topics including the two-year tenure of the state government, development in Bastar and Surguja regions, Naxal eradication, industrial investment, women empowerment and new technology-based development model. During the program, he gave simple and clear answers to various questions and informed about the government's plans and the upcoming roadmap. 

** Women empowerment is the biggest achievement 

The Chief Minister said that in two years, the Mahatari Vandan Yojana has become the biggest medium of women empowerment. 70 lakh women are being given an honorarium of Rs 1000 every month, which has brought positive changes in nutrition, children's education and domestic needs of the families. 

** Tech-Driven Chhattisgarh - Special provisions in the new Industrial Policy 

He informed that a new industrial policy has been implemented in Chhattisgarh, which gives special importance to employment. Furthermore, the new industrial policy includes attractive grants, a single window system, and more than 250 ease-of-doing-business reforms to attract investment. As a result, investment proposals worth approximately ₹8 lakh crore have been received so far. The new industrial policy encourages new-generation industries such as IT, AI, green tech, and semiconductors. Work is underway to develop Nava Raipur as an IT hub, semiconductor plant, and AI data center park.

 ** Bastar's development – ​​a balanced model of local identity and modern opportunities 

The Chief Minister stated that Bastar's development will be based on a balance between preserving local culture and incorporating modern amenities. A special focus is being placed on agriculture, irrigation, organic farming, forest produce processing, tourism, and local employment. 

** Better facilities for forest produce collectors 

 The income of collectors is increasing due to the expansion of Pradhan Mantri Van Dhan Yojana and forest produce based processing. 

** The 'Social Psychological Turn' against Naxalism

The Chief Minister said that the Naxal victims' journey to Delhi to speak out was a historic step. This instilled great confidence in the people of Bastar and exposed the true face of Maoist violence to the nation.

 ** Strict action against conversion and emphasis on cultural protection 

He said that strict action is being taken continuously to stop conversions due to inducement or pressure. Preparations are also being made to bring a bill in the Assembly for this. 

** Rapid improvement in education, health and digital connectivity in tribal areas 

The Chief Minister said that the quality of education has improved rapidly in Bastar and Surguja through installation of mobile towers, re-opening and rationalization of schools. 

** Rehabilitation and expansion of facilities in Naxal-affected areas

 Under the Niyada Nella Nar Scheme, Aadhar Card, Ayushman Card, KCC Card, electricity, water, road and other facilities are being rapidly provided in Naxal affected areas.

 ** Successful implementation of guarantees in two years

 The Chief Minister said that most of the guarantees announced by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi have been fulfilled. These include the approval of 18 lakh houses, better support prices for farmers, the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, increased compensation for tendu leaf collectors, transparency in recruitment examinations, etc. Furthermore, a decisive attack has been made on Maoism in the state.
