Three Naxals from MMC zone surrendered
on Saturday. Darekasa Area Committee Commander Roshan alias Mara Iriya Vedja, a resident of Mendri in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur district, Subhash alias Pojja Bandu Rawva, a resident of Verapalli in Usur tehsil of Bijapur district and Ratan alias Manku Oma Poyyam, a resident of Rekhapal in Narayanpur district surrendered before Superintendent of Police Gorakh Bhamre.
There was a reward of Rs 20 lakh on the Naxalites.
Officials said that there was a reward of Rs 8 lakh on Roshan, while there was a reward of Rs 6 lakh each on the other two.
