Work honestly and behave well with people: Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao
Raipur: Deputy Chief Minister and Public Health Engineering Minister Shri Arun Saw today presented appointment letters to 44 new hand pump technicians selected through a competitive examination conducted by the Professional Examination Board (Vyapam). Shri Saw congratulated the newly appointed technicians and wished them a bright future. On this occasion, Shri Saw released a new number, 1916, to address drinking water problems in Chhattisgarh.

Addressing the newly appointed technicians at a program organized at his residence office in Nava Raipur, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao said that your new life is beginning from today, you are seeing your dreams come true. Your family members must be waiting for you eagerly, today you will return home with the appointment letter for a government job. This is an emotional moment for all of you. He said that this is not your destination. You have got a milestone in life. You have a long way to go. You have to cross many stages of life. From here you are going to get new responsibility, new challenge, new field and new environment. In such a situation, you have to prepare yourself mentally. Shri Sao said that a government job is the first step towards realizing your dreams.

Mr. Mohammad Qaiser Abdulhaq, Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department, said at the ceremony that more than 29,000 tap water schemes have been approved, of which more than 7,000 have been completed. All of you will be part of the department's ground network, so new technicians should work in the field with full dedication to serve the people of the state. Mr. Onkesh Chandravanshi, Chief Engineer of the Public Health Engineering Department, also addressed the program.
