206 interactive panels will be installed in government schools
Raipur. School children of Jashpur district will now study through smart class rooms. Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai inaugurated the smart class room at Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Kansabel today. SECL has sanctioned Rs 5 crore for this project from CSR funds, under which 206 interactive panels will be installed in the government schools of the district.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that making education interesting and effective through modern technology is the need of the hour, so that children in rural and remote areas can also be provided with better educational resources like those in cities. Praising this initiative, he said that this will develop innovation, curiosity and technical proficiency in students, which will lay a strong foundation for their bright future. On this occasion, MLA Smt. Gomti Sai and many public representatives were present at the program.
Officials said that under the MoU, interactive panels will be installed in selected government schools in Jashpur district in a phased manner. These tools will enable teachers to make classes more engaging, simple, and effective by utilizing digital content, videos, presentations, and e-learning resources. This initiative will provide hundreds of students in the district with access to quality digital education.It is noteworthy that on the initiative of the Chief Minister, a tripartite MoU was signed last month between the District Administration, SECL and EDUCIIL with a view to providing quality and modern educational facilities in the government schools of Jashpur district.
