PM Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' resonated at the booths of Jawahar Nagar Mandal.

Raipur -On the eve of Republic Day, the Jawahar Nagar Mandal organized the 130th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popular radio program "Mann Ki Baat" at various booths within the Mandal. Jawahar Nagar Mandal media in-charge Praneet Jain reported that the program was enthusiastically held in Indira Gandhi Ward, Tatyapara Ward, Hospital Ward, and Abdul Hameed Ward.

Mandal in-charge Sonu Rajput reported that BJP workers, office bearers, and common citizens listened to the program en masse. During the program, Prime Minister Modi extended his Republic Day greetings to the countrymen in advance and, in the first episode of 2026, made a special mention of National Voters' Day, encouraging young people, especially first-time voters, to actively participate in democracy.

The Prime Minister stated that voters are the true soul of democracy and that young people should exercise their franchise with pride. He also paid heartfelt tribute to the founding fathers of the Constitution.

During the program, Prime Minister Modi highlighted India's rapidly growing startup ecosystem, stating that India has become the third largest startup hub in the world. He praised the innovations being made by young people in the AI ​​and space sectors. He also urged Indian manufacturers to promote environmentally friendly products.

Referring to the spread of Indian culture abroad, the Prime Minister commended the more than 500 Tamil schools operating in Malaysia. Furthermore, he described the increasing participation of women in all sectors of society as a hallmark of a developed India.

Emphasizing cleanliness, the Prime Minister called for making it a part of one's lifestyle and praised the environmental conservation efforts undertaken by Benoy Das, a resident of Cooch Behar, West Bengal. He also emphasized the importance of preserving local heritage, languages, and traditions. He described the restoration of the Tamsa River in Uttar Pradesh as an inspiring example of public participation.

Concluding the program, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the importance of working with the spirit of "nation first," highlighting the service work of various social organizations.

On this occasion, Jawahar Nagar Mandal President Sandeep Janghel expressed his gratitude to the BJP state, district, Mandal, Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha, Commission-Board members, booth presidents, and senior officials present at the event.
