Vande Mataram song is a weapon of freedom: Chief Minister Say

Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai participated in the program organized in Bilaspur on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the national song Vande Mataram. On this occasion, the performance of the band group of Railway Protection Force at River View mesmerized everyone. The band group led by TR Yadav gave a wonderful performance through instruments on the tunes of patriotic songs. The program was started with the song Vande Mataram. Local citizens participated enthusiastically in this cultural evening filled with patriotic songs. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, in his address on this occasion, said that the song Vande Mataram is a weapon of freedom, by singing the song Vande Mataram our brave soldiers have sacrificed their lives for the country with a smile. He said that this call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is spreading awareness in the new generation. Sai praised the awareness campaign being run by the police department. On this occasion, a short film made by the police department for social awareness was shown. Senior Superintendent of Police Rajneesh Singh gave a brief information about the campaign based on the theme of awareness.

MLA Amar Agarwal, Dharamjeet Singh, Dharamlal Kaushik, Sushant Shukla, Mayor Mrs. Pooja Vidhani, Chairman Mr. Vinod Soni, District Panchayat President Mr. Rajesh Suryavanshi, CREDA President Bhupendra Swainni and a large number of common citizens were present in the program.
