Raipur. Raipur Police Commissioner Dr. Sanjeev Shukla has banned the movement of small and light goods vehicles from 5 pm to 9 pm, from the busiest areas of the city like Kelkar Para Telghani Naka Chowk, Ganj Mandi, Bhaisthan, Naharpara, Agrasen Chowk, Station Road Narmada Para, etc. However, the movement of heavy goods vehicles has been banned within the city from 5 am to 12 midnight. 
In these areas, approximately 300 warehouse operators load and unload goods from light goods vehicles and due to the large number of light goods vehicles, traffic jams are created. Due to this, passengers going to and from the station and residents of that area face a lot of inconvenience due to traffic disruption at Station Gate No. 1 and 2, Telghani Naka Chowk, Agrasen Chowk every day. Police say that the warehouse operators of Parchun traders around the densely populated and station areas need to be shifted to a place outside the city, but until the warehouses are shifted outside the city, this ban has been imposed for smooth flow of traffic, traffic control and public safety.There is an appeal to the traders and warehouse operators of the city that they should not allow light goods vehicles to enter or move around these areas from 5 pm to 9 pm. Cooperate with the police in enforcing the prohibitory order made in public interest to provide safe and smooth movement facilities to the citizens. There

04. Chuna Bhatti to Gudhiyari under bridge via Narmada Para till Station Chowk exit gate.
05. Karma Chowk Ramnagar to Ramnagar Bridge and under bridge via Telghani Naka Chowk.
